Established in 2010, China International Logistics Professional Network (CILP) is an internet – based international organization, which provides a public benefit platform to develop international logistics, freight forwarding,multimodal transport, cross-border trade, customs processing and other cooperation business. With the support of big data, CILP will be concerned with becoming the most innovative business credit cooperative organization in the world.

CILP invited logistics enterprises, freight forwarders, transport companies, warehousing, distribution and logistics service providers from seaports, airports and inland dry ports in China as members. At the same time, CILP also invited outstanding international logistics enterprises, freight forwarding, and customs business companies to join in this big family. With a well-constructed and fully-developed network of Chinese international logistics and freight forwarding services, CILP continuously aims to establish cooperative relationships with international counterparts.

CILP provides its members with high quality logistics network agency sharing services, logistics service providers selection services, enterprises credit certification, credit payment guarantee, dispute solution, collection service,business exchange & cooperative dealmaking etc.

In order to serve the Belt and Road blueprint better, CILP has been involved in the construction of China Business Credit Information Exchange & Sharing System(CBCI)and China’s Logistics Enterprise Comprehensive Evaluation System since 2015, which will surely help to show Chinese enterprises’ credit level, to prevent and control business credit risks, and to reduce transaction and cooperation costs. At present, this system is able to provide credit information of mainland China enterprises and issue credit reports accordingly. Enterprise credit certification, enterprise credit rating, risk control and other services are also offered so far.

In Sept 2017, CILP officially released “Members’ Cooperation Credit Guarantee Rules of CILP,” which except to provide payment protection services for CILP certified members. According to the Rules, CILP registered members who apply credit certification and obtained relevant grade (three-star, four-star and five-star) will become CILP certified members, and will be provided with payment guarantee according matching credit grade; which means, when payment defaults happens in their business, CILP and its strategic partner will provide certified members with payment guarantee service, only demands that their customers should be also credit certificated companies.

CILP holds annual meeting every year, inviting Chinese and overseas logistics companies and freight forwarders. CILP also organizes its Chinese members and encourages them to attend various international business fairs. Through diversified activities, CILP promotes communication, cooperation and exchange among Chinese logistics companies.

CILP membership includes honorary members, registered members and certified members.

There will be not any charge for CILP honorary members, while registered members dues is 800USD/year or RMB4000/year. It will cost a registered member another USD800 or RMB4000 (valid for one year) to apply credit certification and become a registered member, so as to enjoy payment guarantee.

Mr. Richard Tsai,Founding Chairman
Mr. Richard Tsai, born in December 1969, holds a bachelor’s degree in economics (1991, University of International Business and Economics) and a master’s degree in engineering (2007, Xiamen University). He is a senior economist and a visiting professor or part-time professor at several universities. He is also the founder and executive vice president and editor-in-chief of “China 21st Century Logistics Times” (unified issue number: CN35-0089/Q).
Mr. Logan Chen, Founding Chairman
Mr. Logan Chen has been engaged in shipping logistics and freight forwarding industry for nearly 30 years, has held management positions in Xiamen Port Container Company and Xiamen Huli Import and Export Goods Inspection Service Center. He is currently Chairman of Trans-china Logistics Group Co., Ltd., and President of Xiamen Logistics Association, Expert of the Development of Modern Logistics Industry Expert Advisory Committee of Xiamen, Executive Vice President of the Chamber of Xiamen Logistics Industry, Secretary of the Joint Branch of the Logistics Enterprise of Huli District of the CPC.
Mr. David Mak, Founding Chairman
Mr. David Mak is being with international N.V.O.C.C. career development since 1982 when there is also being with joint Venture since 1990 and 1997 with Singaporean & Cantonese twice by two separate venture establish Phili-Orient Lines And H&T International Transportation & Agency basis in HONG KONG support two group simultaneously to protect interest organisation. Eventually, He got Steamship Lines Tramp and Liner Agency from 1998 winter and develop Until Third Venture On 2013 with Saba Group establish venture with Jordanian partner for COSCO SHIPPING at the Republic Of Iraq during opportunity become full agency including container service and tramp service for bulk & breakbulk in major locations of IRAQ whenever today’s station in frequent basis among most region Middle East.
